There is no cost associated with this process and having continuous coverage is beneficial to you, your doctors and others trying to help with your medical care, even if you aren’t currently receiving any treatment.

• Confirm address is up-to-date with DHHR
• Check to see if your renewal date can be provided by DHHR so you know when to expect future mailings.
• Do not throw away any materials received by DHHR.
• Even if you don’t believe you are still eligible, go ahead and complete review process. if you do happen to still be eligible, allow DHHR to make that decision so it doesn’t cause any unnecessary breaks in coverage,
