One of the most important actions you can take to keep yourself healthy is to quit using tobacco. All tobacco users are encouraged to quit. If you need help quitting, call The National Quit Line at 1.877.448.7848. If you are interested in smoking cessation agents, you will need to see your physician for a prescription. The Health Plan offers members smoking cessation classes to help you stop smoking, rubbing or chewing. Coverage for smoking cessation classes is free for most members. Coverage for self-funded members may vary, contact us to learn more about this program.
