How can I get a replacement ID card?

You can download your ID card by logging into myplan.healthplan.org. You can also email information@healthplan.org and request a new card.

What if I can’t log on to my MyPlan account?

You can change your password or user ID from the login page for myplan.healthplan.org. Otherwise, you can contact Customer Service at 1.800.624.6961.

What is my policy number?

Logging on to myplan.healthplan.org will give you access to your policy number.

How can I enroll myself/child/spouse online?

You are not able to do this online. You will need to speak to a salesperson or employer, if applicable.

What do I do if I never got my ID card in the mail?

Log on to myplan.healthplan.org and you can access your card and print a copy. You can also email information@healthplan.org and request a card.

Is a breast pump covered with my insurance?

We have various plans available that have various coverages. You can speak with one of our representatives at 1.800.624.6961 to find out more about your specific plan.

How can I check the balance on my benefits card?

You can check the balance on your benefits card by logging on to myplan.healthplan.org or downloading the app, THP Wallet. The app looks like this in all app stores:

How do I find out who accepts my insurance?

Using our "Find a Provider" feature, you can find a doctor that is in-network for you and select different criteria to fit your needs.

How do I change my address?

This can vary for each plan. Please contact our customer service representatives at 1.800.624.6961 and they will be able to assist you.

How do I change my PCP?

You can change your PCP by emailing information@healthplan.org or logging on to myplan.healthplan.org.
