Are you having MyPlan issues? Here are some common problems and solutions that can help you.

General Tips

I forgot my username and/or password.

  • On myplan.healthplan.org click “Forgot User ID” or “Forgot Password.”
  • Don’t forget to set your account security questions. This makes it easier for you to recover your account.
  • If you still cannot get into your account, email information@healthplan.org.

I am having trouble changing/updating my email address and/or password.

After logging into MyPlan, access the “My Account” page at the top of any page. On the “My Account” page, you can:

  • Change your email
  • Update your password
  • Set security questions
  • Edit notification preferences

I am unable to access my ID card or download EOB PDFs.

Please email the Customer Service Department at information@healthplan.org.

I receive “It appears the form you just submitted was changed before sending it back to us” as an error message. What do I do?

Your web browser cache may be out of date. Look at what web browser (Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Edge, Firefox, etc.) you are using. Then try one of the two options below:

  • Option 1: Clear your browser’s cache. Directions on how to do that can be found here.
  • Option 2: Enable “Incognito Mode” in your browser. Directions on how to do that can be found here.

For Providers

I receive a “Security Authentication Token” error message when I submit a form or log in.
