Don’t forget to re-enroll on time so you don’t lose benefits.
Check your mail. You should receive a renewal letter close to your anniversary month letting you know it’s time for you to re-enroll. 
 
After you get your letter, you can renew three ways.
 
Medicaid Redesign-08.png Online. Log on to your WV PATH account at wvpath.org.
Medicaid Redesign-09.png Mail. Send your paperwork back to WVDHHR.
Medicaid Redesign-10.png In Person. Visit your local WVDHHR office or your case worker.

Don’t forget to update your information!
