Development and maintenance of Evidence of Coverage, Summary of Benefits and Coverage, Benefit Plan Grids, and other plan documents as required, and in compliance with, regulatory requirements per state. 

  1. Minimum High School Diploma;
  2. Strong experience in software programs: Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, Adobe Acrobat;
  3. Willingness to learn additional programs as needed;
  4. High level of time management;
  5. High level of organizational skills;
  6. High level of attention to detail.

  1. Preferred Associate Degree or three years work experience with document development and maintenance;
  2. Active knowledge of industry and regulatory requirements in Ohio and West Virginia;
  3. Ability to work in various team oriented situations.
