The Health Plan’s Consumer Driven Services (CDS) is a leader in third-party administration of consumer-directed health plans (CDHP), including health reimbursement arrangements (HRA), retiree health reimbursement arrangements (RHRA), flexible spending accounts (FSA), and health savings accounts (HSA). Our consumer-driven services have generated health care savings in a variety of industries which include, but are not limited to, health care systems, hospitals, physician groups, financial institutions, software companies, government contractors, attorney partnerships, manufacturing, hospice organizations, municipalities, and non-government agencies.
Our CDS platform enables employers and consumers to maximize the control they have over their CDHP. Our solution includes an available debit card, an online portal with 24/7 access, as well as a mobile app that works for both iOS and Android phones. Our online solution is available to both employers and consumers. Employers can view participant data (with the appropriate access), run reports, send communications directly to the CDS team, and make updates to participant information.
The consumer portal allows participants to view balances and claims history, submit claims, upload receipts, report lost or stolen debit cards, and more. Additionally, HSA participants can manage investments, request distributions, and set their HSA goals. Our powerful mobile app allows participants to do these same functions from the convenience of their phone.
