Please contact the Customer Service Department at 1.800.592.4465 in the Ohio Valley or Mountaineer Region or 1.800.593.0339 in the HomeTown Region, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except Thanksgiving and Christmas for additional information.

Pharmacies may have been added or removed from the list after the directories were printed. The most current information about The Health Plan/THP SecureCare, SecureChoice, or SecureFreedom network pharmacies in your service area are listed on this website.
