The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) requires health plans to provide the cost-sharing subsidy to eligible Part D individuals who are eligible for low-income subsidy even if our system and the system at CMS do not yet reflect that eligibility. The Health Plan/THP is required to provide you with the tools you need to submit a request to have our system updated to meet your Low Income Subsidy level as awarded to you by the Social Security Administration (SSA). To obtain more information on how to have your subsidy level updated, please call Customer Service in the Ohio Valley or Mountaineer Region at 1.877.847.7907 (TTY/TDD: 1.800.622.3925), or in the HomeTown Region at 1.877.236.2296 (TTY/TDD: 1.877.236.2291), Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 8:00pm or visit Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services for more information.
