The Health Plan/THP has contracts with pharmacies that equal or exceed CMS requirements for pharmacy access in your area.

All network pharmacies may not be listed in the following directories. Please contact the Customer Service Department at 1.800.592.4465 in the Ohio Valley or Mountaineer Region or 1.800.593.0339 in the HomeTown Region, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except Thanksgiving and Christmas for additional information.

Pharmacies may have been added or removed from the list after the directories were printed. The most current information about The Health Plan/THP SecureCareHMO or SecureChoicePPO network pharmacies in your service area are listed on this website.
