SecureChoice is a Medicare Advantage Preferred-Provider Organization (PPO). It covers all of the health care you need, including preventive care, doctor visits, hospital stays, surgery and (if you choose) prescription drugs. The plan provides benefits at an “in network” level from our extensive network of providers or “out-of-network” from a Medicare provider of your choice.

The Ohio Valley/Mountaineer Region encompasses Belmont, Guernsey, Harrison, Jefferson, Noble, Monroe, Muskingum, and Washington counties in Ohio and Barbour, Brooke, Calhoun, Doddridge, Gilmer, Hancock, Harrison, Lewis, Marion, Marshall, Monongalia, Ohio, Pleasants, Preston, Randolph, Ritchie, Taylor, Tucker, Tyler, Upshur, Webster, Wetzel, Wirt and Wood counties in West Virginia.

The HomeTown Region encompasses Ashland, Carroll, Columbiana, Coshocton, Holmes, Mahoning, Medina, Portage, Stark, Summit, Trumbull, Tuscarawas and Wayne counties in Ohio.
