Providers will find tools and resources needed to provide excellent care for Health Plan patients. Quickly and easily access pharmacy information, forms and documents, resources, and departments such as disease management, quality improvement and provider relations. Using the Secure Provider website , you can check member eligibility, review claims, and check referrals and precertifications.
Find providers using our Provider Search or Tertiary Provider List. Search for NPI# using the National NPI Search . Also within this website, view pharmacy benefit information, newsletters, and The Health Plan Provider Procedural Manual. The manual gives an overview of The Health Plan and its structure so that you can more effectively function as a provider.
The Health Plan also has registered nurses that are certified case managers to coordinate health care services for members with catastrophic illnesses, injuries, or behavioral health problems. If you have a patient who you believe would benefit from the Case Management Program, follow the link to fill out a form or be connected with one of our representatives.
