As a Health Plan member, you may obtain your prescription at any participating Health Plan network pharmacy. For the location of a participating pharmacy, call Express Scripts at 1.800.988.2262 or visit their website, at www.expressscripts.com .

The combined company is in the process of changing the name on all of its communications to Express Scripts. Until the renaming process is complete, you will sometimes see the Medco name in pharmacy communications and on the web.

Please continue to refill your prescriptions as you normally would by using your current prescription drug identification (ID) card, refill order forms, our website, or the toll-free member services telephone number on your ID card.

In situations of emergency need for a prescription outside The Health Plan service area, please contact Express Scripts for the location of a participating pharmacy in that area.
Members may request an exception for a drug that is nonformulary. The exception process allows The Health Plan to review member requests for noncovered pharmaceuticals. The exception process can be initiated by the member or physician by calling Pharmacy Services at 1.800.624.6961, ext. 7914 or emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
