SecureChoicePPO Medicare Advantage Plan "At a Glance"

SecureChoice is a Medicare Advantage Preferred-Provider Organization (PPO). It covers all of the health care you need, including preventive care, doctor visits, hospital stays, surgery and (if you choose) prescription drugs. The plan provides benefits at an "in network" level from our extensive network of providers or "out-of-network" from a Medicare provider of your choice. Please note: it may cost more to get care from out-of-network providers, except in emergency or urgent care situations.

The Ohio Valley/Mountaineer Region encompasses OHIO counties: Belmont, Guernsey, Harrison, Jackson, Jefferson, Noble, Monroe, Muskingum, and Washington, and WEST VIRGINIA counties: Barbour, Brooke, Calhoun, Doddridge, Gilmer, Hancock, Harrison, Lewis, Marion, Marshall, Monongalia, Ohio, Pleasants, Preston, Randolph, Ritchie, Roane, Taylor, Tucker, Tyler, Upshur, Webster, Wetzel, Wirt and Wood counties in West Virginia.

The HomeTown Region encompasses OHIO counties: Ashland, Carroll, Columbiana, Coshocton, Holmes, Mahoning, Medina, Portage, Stark, Summit, Trumbull, Tuscarawas and Wayne.
