SecureCareHMO Medicare Advantage Plan "At a Glance"
SecureCareHMO is a Medicare Advantage Health Maintenance Organization (HMO). It covers all of the health care you need, including preventive care, doctor visits, hospital stays, surgery and (if you choose) prescription drugs. In most cases, members must have access care from a network of providers.
Out-of-network coverage is limited to emergencies and prior authorizations. Members have access to a broad network of healthcare providers from over 45 counties in Ohio and West Virginia.
There are no plan deductibles.

The Ohio Valley/Mountaineer Region encompasses Belmont, Guernsey, Harrison, Jackson, Jefferson, Noble, Monroe, Muskingum, and Washington counties in Ohio and Barbour, Brooke, Calhoun, Doddridge, Gilmer, Hancock, Harrison, Lewis, Marion, Marshall, Monongalia, Ohio, Pleasants, Preston, Randolph, Ritchie, Roane, Taylor, Tucker, Tyler, Upshur, Webster, Wetzel, Wirt and Wood counties in West Virginia.
The HomeTown Region encompasses Ashland, Carroll, Columbiana, Coshocton, Holmes, Mahoning, Medina, Portage, Stark, Summit, Trumbull, Tuscarawas and Wayne counties in Ohio.
